Safety tips:
ALWAYS place your baby on their back to sleep AND NEVER place anything in your baby’s sleeping environment (no toys/cot bumpers/pillows/blankets)

STOP swaddling at around 14 weeks when baby starts to show signs of rolling or breaking out the swaddle.

Always use a crib/cot/co-sleeper with a firm mattress, a tight fitted sheet. Baby’s should have their own sleeping space.

    • Wash on the regular washing machine cycle
    • Try avoid as much heat as possible
    • You can put your SnuglSack into the dryer but not higher than 40-60 degrees. Remember, Heat makes cotton shrink.
    • Wash garments inside out.
    • Ensure the velcro is attach to toweling , to void damage to other garments.
    • Don’t overstuff your washer

    We work tirelessly around the clock to ensure you receive your products as fast as possible. Our order fulfilment take 3-5 working days. 

    Our shipping times are 3-5 working days from order fulfilment. We Know how important it is to save even one extra night sleep and so we really do our best to get your order's to you as fast as possible.

    We ship nationwide!

    Shipping is R120.00 for door to door courier with in Johannesburg or R200.00 out of Johannesburg. On orders over R1200.00, we offer free shipping. Remote areas will have an additional cost.

    For an extra cost, based on where you stay we do offer express shipping.

     

    Returns: 

    We accept the return of unopened products with in 30 days of delivery for any reason.Unfortunately if the product is opened or packaging is destroyed we cannot accept the return of the goods. If any product arrives damaged we will fully refund. Please note we do not pay for return shipping and cannot take responsibility for any shipping mishaps, so please make sure to use a reliable shipping company.

    How to use
    1. Lay the SnugSack Swaddle down and unzip.
    2. Place baby in the sack portion and zip up the sack. Make sure the neck portion fits the baby correctly and cannot ride up onto the baby's face.
    3. Place hands either straight down by their sides, or flexed at the either elbows.
    4. Then place the wing with the towelling side snuggly around the one side at an angle over the baby's body. For a tighter, more secure fit, you can angle the wing downwards.
    5. Finally wrap the other wing tight around their body and secure the velcro in place.
