Lets End SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrom)
ALWAYS place your baby on their back to sleep AND NEVER place anything in your baby’s sleeping environment (no toys/cot bumpers/pillows/blankets)
STOP swaddling at around 14 weeks, or when baby starts to show signs of rolling or breaking out the swaddle.
Always use a crib/cot/co-sleeper with a firm mattress, and a tight fitted sheet. Babies should have their own sleeping space.
For more safe sleeping concerns CONSULT with your paediatrician.
To reduce risk of fabric accidentally covering baby’s mouth or nose, swaddle must be appropriately sized, snug, positioned around baby’s torso and securely fastened.
