We accept the return of unopened products with in 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately if the product is opened or packaging is destroyed we cannot accept the return of the goods. If any product arrives damaged we will fully refund. Please note we do not pay for return shipping and cannot take responsibility for any shipping mishaps, so please make sure to use a reliable shipping company.
We currently only stock newborn size 2-4kg baby. We are planning on stocking prem and for larger babies up to 6 kgs in the future.
At 14 weeks, or when your baby starts rolling. Then you need to upgrade to a sleep sack.
Shipping is R100 for door to door courier. On orders over R1200.00 we offer free shipping. Remote areas nationwide will have an additional cost.
We work tirelessly around the clock to ensure your receive your products as fast as possible,. Our order fulfilment take 3-5 working days and our shipping times are 3-5 working days from order fulfilment. We Know how important it is to save even one extra night sleep and so we really do our best to get your orders to you as fast as possible!

Yes, for an extra cost, based on where you stay we do offer express shipping. The amount will be worked out for you at the end of purchase.
A TOG is a unit of measure of thermal insulation used in the textile trade. The British "TOG" value is the international standard measurement of a blanket's thermal effectiveness (how well it keeps you warm).

We include a weather friendly chart to suggest ways to keep your baby at the perfect temperature. By adjusting your babies layers underneath the swaddle, you can gauge how warm your child is.
The ideal temperature is between 16-20°C. It can be difficult to judge the temperature in the room, so use a room thermometer in the room where your baby sleeps to help you gauge how to dress your little one correctly.
Speak with your pediatrician if you have concerns about your baby’s temperature while sleeping.
A few signs that your baby is too warm may include flushed cheeks, excessive sweating, or breathing heavily. You can also feel behind your babies neck or on their tummy to see if they are too warm or too cold.
Baby can grow into our SnuglSacks in length when they are rolling but we suggest a cosier fit for swaddling so make sure to buy the correct size for your baby.
