Please use the tog guide below to help you dress your baby. please note this is only a guide and you should use your Mommy Dremer instincts when dressing your baby, to prevent unregulated temperature control of your LO.

What is a Tog ?

TOG, which stands for Thermal Overall Grade, is like a temperature rating for your sleep gear. The lower the TOG, the lighter and breezier the fabric feels, while higher TOG ratings mean the material is thicker and cosier.

Why do we care?

If we know the tog of our swaddle it takes out that extra thinking and effort in determining what to dress our babies in for the night.
